《勝利催落去》老外配視障者

公視《勝利催落去》雙料入圍行腳節目與主持人獎，節目由在台灣生活20年的美國人阮安祖，與視障選手兼舞者林信廷主持，用「聽」來遊台灣，顛覆觀眾對外國人、盲人的既定印象，林信廷笑說：「他不像外國人，我不像盲人，兩個四不像的人湊在一起，就變成一個完整的人！」
兩人開著台灣第一輛生產的老爺車「勝利803」去環遊台灣，以「人」當支線，帶出喜怒哀樂小故事，阮安祖笑說：「這節目是明眼人帶視障人去玩，還是台灣人帶外國人去玩？」
台語是阮安祖溝通上的障礙，有次遇到一個聽障朋友，對方比手語，看不懂的阮安祖只能寫字與對方溝通，但他不大會寫中文，３人在溝通不良狀態下只能比手畫腳。
林信廷因為視障，有次碰到車子無法迴轉，他下車幫忙推車，不小心就掉進後方的水溝中，整隻腳破皮流血，他仍幽默地說：「我沒看到我不知道。」阮安祖說：「很多事情我用一個不了解的角度，讓信廷帶我去摸索，用信廷的角度，翻譯信廷『聽』到的世界給大家。」
